Dang! If I'd known you were selling this one, I probably would have bought it instead of the Z5.

WallyHope this isn't too off-topic, but along these lines, Adrian is solely responsible for hooking me up with what could possibly be one of the very best Zon Sonus 5's ever made, and that's not just my opinion. He personally selected it, I believe for himself, but then later had to put it up for sale on his site. Mine. Forever mine. :) He is 100% responsible for my Zon addiction, and someday I'll buy a plane ticket just to go out and meet the man personally, shake his hand, and hang with him for a bit, and hear him play... and I very much look forward to that.

While I have never bought anything from Adrian, I have seen many of the basses that he owns/has owned from being on this site. And he is also one of the members here that I think would be really cool to meet in person.

Back on topic: If I wasn't in the middle of buying a new Spector, I would be putting my name in line for this bass. It puts my butterscotch blonde Am. Deluxe jazz to shame.

I am an unstable individual and I don't deserve the kind words in this thread, but thank you very much.
As i stated, 123eraniod responded first and has first shot at the bass, but being unstable as i mentioned, right now I have decided , after giigging the bass this weekend, that I should just take a knife and carve " don't sell me ! " on the back of this bass because it just has mojo that is uncommon. Drew Zinng, a guitarist I very much respect ( Stely Dan, etc.. ) was on the gig and he called me crazy for selling it and that it was destiny that I have bought it back 3 times, I listen to Drew because he has EARS, and he loves this bass as do I. I am sorry to come off so flaky, but I am going to hang on to this one for now. My apologies to all and mostly to 123eraniod. Gonna go hide now....:hiding:
