VIEW FULL LIVE VERSION : Bergantino HT210 (non "S")
ElephantTalk 03-03-2007, 12:56 PM I found my cabinet pair, and it's the EX112 with the HT115.
So I'm putting my HT210 up for sale.
It's the 8 ohm, 400W version with 1/4" and speakon connections.
This cab actually sounds deeper than the HT115, but it's also slightly heavier.
$450 + shp
ellisv 03-03-2007, 03:43 PM Great cabinet!! just picked up one.
Bluesy Soul 03-03-2007, 06:22 PM I think this is simply the very best 2x10 bass cabinet available from any manufacturer at any price. Sounds great in combination or as a stand alone. I love mine!

The Diaper Geni 03-03-2007, 08:09 PM I found my cabinet pair, and it's the EX112 with the HT115.
NICE!! Do those two cabs stack "properly" if you put the 115 on its' side?
And BTW, nice price on an outstanding cab.
mandrlane 03-03-2007, 09:50 PM Do you know the weight?
tombowlus 03-03-2007, 11:55 PM Yup, folks this is a killer cab!!!
ElephantTalk 03-04-2007, 07:19 AM mandr, dimensions are 18"H, 22-3/4"W, 18"D and weight is 63 lbs.
Geni, they stack perfectly side-to-side with the 115 on its side. The 115 is around 4-5" deeper than the 112.
I even throw a 2" thick piece of high density foam under the front side of the 112 to angle it up. I'll get some pics up as soon as the wife brings the camera home.
murphy 03-04-2007, 10:56 PM I guess Indy is too far to ship to Toronto???
Jerry J 03-04-2007, 11:36 PM Yes please, I'd like to see photos.
ElephantTalk 03-05-2007, 07:19 AM I'll try to get pics by tonight.
ellisv 03-05-2007, 07:57 AM has your cabinet been upgraded to the new drivers by Bergantino?
ElephantTalk 03-05-2007, 07:29 PM I didn't know there was a driver upgrade from Bergie, so I'm guessing not.
Added pics!
tombowlus 03-05-2007, 07:39 PM If it says 400w on the back, then it has the older, 200w drivers. If it says 500w on the back, it has the newer, 250w drivers.
Tom.
Jerry J 03-05-2007, 08:54 PM Tom,
How does this cab sound with the WWU?

Not yet. A friend of mine is borrowing my WWU right now.

murphy 03-07-2007, 09:27 PM I am very interested to hear your opinions on your EX112 and HT15 choice, as I am in the same boat and am wondering if I should get another HT115 instead of a EX112.
Also love to see the photo too.
Thanks in advance
ElephantTalk 03-08-2007, 06:36 AM For those of you interested in the EX112 + HT115 stack.....

Jerry J 03-09-2007, 11:21 AM Did these ever come in a 4 ohm version?
tombowlus 03-09-2007, 11:24 AM Did these ever come in a 4 ohm version?
I don't believe so.
Bluesy Soul 03-09-2007, 01:11 PM C'mon, folks. This is one of the best-sounding 2x10s ever. Not the lightest or the smallest or the cheapest, but maybe the best sounding.
If there was any chance my wife would let me bring another speaker cabinet into the house, I'd buy it for the investment potential alone!
ElephantTalk has it priced fairly, too. I researched these for some time before buying one recently. $450.00 is right on for a used HT210 without a cover, and a new cover can be ordered directly from Jim Bergantino: www.bergantino.com.
IMHO, there's nothing else on the market for $450.00 that sounds this good, with the possible exception of an HT115--when you can find one.

Jerry J 03-10-2007, 06:50 PM I'd love to grab this but I really have to sell my Epifani t112 first. I'm just out of room.
ElephantTalk 03-10-2007, 08:43 PM Jerry,
That's cool, man. Keep your eyes open later on. It might still be here.

no kidding! It is so tempting, and it's worse the longer this stays up. And I already have one!

Two of them can be used for a great sounding smallish PA! ;)
Or heck, how about a bass rig!?!?! :p
