I've been playing a new original song for a little while. It's complete and sounds great. The problem is in one particular part of the verse,
played at speed (pretty fast) it starts to cramp my thumb really bad. I'm pretty sure its from hammering on to the D#, but i don't know a better way to play this.

What would be the proper left hand position to avoid this thumb cramp on this riff?
