Hello, up for trade is my G. Gould.... Geoff Gould is the Founder of Modulus Graphite. He broke off and now makes small batches of his own basses, This bass is Killer but Im wanting something with more of a vintage vibe.
Specs:
5 string
35 inch scale
Graphite reinforced (http://www.ggould.com/images/necksection.gif)
EMG soapbars (Made for G. Gould)
EMG BQC - 18volt
* master volume
* pickup balance (clockwise=bridge p/u)
* midrange control. 'Hat' is boost/cut, ring is center frequency
* bass/treble. 'Hat' is treble boost/cut, ring is bass boost/cut
Cocobolo Top and Headstock Laminate (I also just recieved a set of knobs from THG knobs, Cocobolo with MOP markers)
Alder Body/ with what I think is a Chechen fingerboard
The bass will ship in a "Low End" Heavy Duty Brown Leather Gigbag
Sweet, tight B, very even across the board with a slim neck profile and pretty lightweight body. The bass looks stunning and the body shape is very comfy and balances well.
Im looking for mostly 5 strings of equal value (this bass sells for 2500 new), but if you have an interesting 4 string I would consider it as well.
thanks for looking
- Tom
