This Lakland 55-02 is in mint condition. Not a scratch or dent. Not even any swirls in the finish. CAR is no longer available from Lakland.

- 35" scale
- Bartolini pickups and preamp
- Rosewood fretboard, Maple neck
- Lakland bridge (through body or bridge)
- Gator soft hardshell case
- new DR long neck strings

It's both, sort of. Are you familiar with the Sadowsky Ultralight case? It's contructed similar to that, but is made by GATOR CASES. Here's some info on it: http://www.gatorcases.com/productsdetail.aspx?LID=2&PID=15

ah I figured it was something like that. I'm having doubts as to whether it would survive airplane transport. don't worry, you don't have to send it overseas. :-)

bump for a sweet bass.....Lakland CAR is a super sexy color...I just got my CAR 55-02 back from the Lakland shop and had a rosewood neck put on it.....incredible...

bump for a sweet sweet bass. If I had the $$$ I'd bag it and have twins....

Bump for someone to snag this bass. It's basicaly the same as the USA-made 55-94 and the price is $2000 lower. Great color as well.
