VIEW FULL LIVE VERSION : Can;t order from ReRanch??? Help!!!!

First, I hope this is the proper place to post this, mods pls feel free to move...

Anyway, I am ready to start a refinish project on an old squier jazz bass I have had laying around, so I go to the ReRanch website like I did about a year ago (for a previous refin job...)to order up supplies and there is a new pop up window now asking for my password?

I am stumped….. I have the same problem both at home and 20 miles away here at work……I am completely denied access to the buy on-line portion of the ReRanch website.

When I click on the “buy online” link, I get a pop up window titled “connect to reranchstore.stores.yahoo.net”

I am asked for a user name and password, obviously I have no idea what to fill in, so I use my own Yahoo log in name & password and of course it fails, and I get following message:


Sorry, Authorization Required.
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

I have sent an email to the reranch website: guitars at flash dot net....and no reply..... been trying to call all morning and apparently no one is in the shop today (Thurs 3/15)

HELP !!!!!!!!!! Someone....Please..???:confused: :help:

What computer are you using? Mac or PC? What browser? What version etc.

The server site (or the site itself) is not well configured. It is not a problem of the browser or anything else, This message will appear to everyone trying to visit the site at Yahoo.

looks like the site went on-line today, as I was still getting errors over this past weekend.

if you get the 'login' prompt, the on-line store is closed. according to the reranch forum, the owner is a touring musician and closes the store when he's out on the road.

the forum mods suggested coming back again later and seeing if it's open

looks like I got my above order in just minutes before the stor closed
