And now for the question part... :)

What practice do you do to get your slap so clear and fast?
I know you use up and down strokes and two finger pulling technique.
The thing is that I'm trying to get to the same level of clear tone and speed, but most of it comes out really messed up and blurry.
And it seems that i can't get my two fingers to pull rhythmically exactly as i want.
I hope i made myself clear about the question

Thanx in advance :)

With any new technique I learn or am working on I create a groove(s) and in doing so I make what I'm working on "musical" and not just an exercise. The trick is to play slow and really focus on the sound, attack and feel. This in it's self is harder than playing fast because you can hear EVERY nuance in what your playing. When the "integrity" of the groove is intact then slowly start to speed up.

Another thing I see a lot with students is that when double popping they get more a double stop sound and have trouble keeping the double pops "seperated". My advice is to "peel" away your thumb from the bass and just let each popping finger peel away seperately. If you just pull your whole hand away you tend to play the popped notes together and not seperate.

Hope this makes sense....good luck!
