I bought a used gl-sb2. The last owner had the saddles on the E and G strings lowered to the max, yet the action is still relatively high. What are other ways to lower the action.

A lot of people will use a small piece of paper like about a half inch cut off the end of a business card. I always preferred aluminum foil. In my mind a piece of metal transfers vibration better than paper but, that's just me. jsamans 04-15-2007, 11:25 AM Assuming the neck relief is set properly, shimming the neck is the next thing to try.
