Mods, move this if i'm barking up the wrong try by sticking it in here. did a search but couldn't find any!

Anybody done any grades in bass guitar? (or double bass for that matter?) I discovered the other day that you can get the same number of UCAS points for doing a grade in bass guitar on the RGT board as you can for doing anything on the ABRSM. Before I realised that I never saw the point, but I'd kill to get into oxbridge, and if I can play I might aswell get the UCAS points that might make the difference for me.

So anybody got any beans so spill about doing them? I've asked my DB teacher to look into them for me (never had BG lessons) but in the mean time, can anyone shed any light please??

There are some guys from the UK on the DB side. You might want to post over there and they may have some info for you.
