Well, "made", anyways. I took my old P bass and put a Mighty Mite fretless neck on it, along with some new machine heads. Took a little bit of work to get the neck in the pocket, but it plays really well now. I'm quite pleased. :)

Looks good. Did you modify the neck to fit the pocket or viceversa.

my old fretless P looked just like that only mine was a lined fretless

I modified the pocket, since I wanted to keep the neck in the best shape I could. That neck is worth more than I bought the bass for. :p

this is a bit of a weird but what is that rubber thingy under the end of the fretboard for?

It's a tug bar. You use it as a finger anchor so you can play with your thumb. I threw it on to vintage-ize it. I'll use it once in a while when my fingers are cold, but it's mostly for looks and that old-school vibe.

Thanks for the inspiration to continue plans to do a similar job with a purple Turser P-bass with a hopeless neck.
