Hey all,
Putting my 5-string p-bass up for sale. It's got a mahogany body, a single Kent Armstrong designed pickup with an EMG active preamp, 1.8" neck, 3/4" bridge spackign, and a 35" scale. Full specs are available here:
http://usmasters.com/perfomerseriesEP4-6-catalog.htm
And the obligatory HC reviews are here:

It comes with a gig bag and is in very good shape, very little fret wear and new EB strings. Setup is pretty good though not excellent -- if I was keeping it I would spring for a proper setup.
I'll get some pics up in the next day or two. Looking for $600 shipped, paypal included. Not interested in trades; I'm only selling her 'cause I'm moving.
Thanks!
Pete

These are supposed to be phenominally great basses!
I actually played one of the higher-end "Studio" models and my only problem with it was that this bass had somethng like 6 knobs and 5 toggle switches -- far too much for me! (It was also priced at around $2400!)
On the other hand, the thing I was most concerned about -- the balance factor from the somewhat unusual shape -- was a non-issue. These things balance beautifully either sitting or standing.
I have also heard that despite the split-p configuration, these basses are capable of an amazing range of tones!
This one seems to be a great deal.

In this one below I tried to capture some scratching i found on the top part of the back of the neck. It's very light and could probably be buffed out pretty easily. I think that's just about the only flaw on the bass.

great seller here folks!
Thanks a lot, bud!
I think it's a very good bass for the price (maybe too good given the quick responses :bassist: ) Really, it's even a good buy new compared to a lot of stuff I've played. Surprisingly versatile for a 1-pup bass. It plays very easy, and I think it'd be a screamer with a really pro setup.

And, SOLD!
FLK, sorry if you feel I sold it out from under you. As I said via PM, my policy is to sell to the first person who commits to buy, not the first who expresses interest. In the future I'll be explicit about stating that in the advertisement. Sorry for any confusion that might have caused!
Enjoy the bass! It's a good one...
