eep!

Was there a rather thin guy wearing a black robe with a big hood in the audience? Might have had a scythe.

I'd be inclined to get that amp checked out, next time there might not be a next time.

Regards,

Pete

lol i can't imagine shorting out after hotel california of all things...that song's easy (not as craptastically easy as blink 182 though, at least hotel california is a fun groove).

I can imagine the jokes with that...wow you're a smokin bass player.

you're on fire! no really! no really! look!

*licks finger* *sticks on bass* *sizzle*

Is my crotch's heat seaking capabilities goin off honey or is it just my bass catchin my crotch on fire?

My old guitar player got electricuted from his guitar amp about 2 years ago. It was an old acoustic amp and it was raining. I dont think the amp was grounded.

Its got me a bit scared of old amps.

Well, I've never seen an electric bass on fire.. but the psycho band Three Bad Jacks sprays lighter fluid on the upright bass and sets it on fire every time I've seen them play.

I've also seen a piano on fire. Kings of Nuthin' show.

Yeah, I set a Spector on fire for Razor about three years ago now. Had it cleared over the burn and all. The idea was to make it look like it was in a fire, and then put all new hardware on it to make it look factory. I succeeded :hyper: That was one of my more favorite moments when I owned my own shop.

I think I still have pics at home. I'll see what I can find.

Ouch!

Can you spell W-I-R-E-L-E-S-S? May be a good investment if you don't want to tempt fate in the future. They can protect you from more than tripping over your chord.

Peace,
S

You see, when you put lighter fluid on things, it takes a bit to have the wood actually light on fire, and trust me, those guys don't have the money to be buying pianos every gig hahahahahahahahahaha.

how do they do this?
do they do it when they are done
or do they play with a flaming upright?

this sparked an idea in my head
spray the fretboard with lighter fluid
light it an play with a burning fretboard

atleast when i get a new bass
pull my old one out an do that
prolly smash it on the stage afterwards too
cuz already you can stick a fork in her
