Reading the description it sound like the old VHS tape, with new cover for DVD. If its the old VHS it's okay has a lot of the same stuff he talks about on other videos. Probably from around the time of his first or second solo album.

yeah, just went and checked, I do have it.

The things I got from the vid are double thump and tapping w/the use of chords... It's pretty cool though, a good watch.
