it's called the enormous room. as for the writing part, thats up to michael to answer.

I can only guess that he approached writing this song with the help of a rare species of lifeform found near planet..ooh lets say Zarbonoff 6. Because, and please Michael correct me if i'm wrong, no human can write something both so beautiful and so different on a bass.
