I think I remember the tree, too.

Anyway, good luck with the sale. It's a very nice looking house. I would consider it if 1. I actually had the money, 2. I needed a house and 3. I wasn't so hellbent in actually establishing a town in New Mexico.

Not as bad as Phoenix. We're a mile high in Albuquerque. It just doesn't rain much - hence the "no grass" situation. We get an average of 8 inches of rain a year.
