And I like it.

Last night I was jamming my bands set list to Media Player and we play Live's "All Over You" except we play it in standard tune, whereas the recorded version I jammed is a half step lower.

So it came on and I thought "Hey, I can try this" and I did...got throug hit fine up to the bridge when they go to Eb when I realised I ran out of notes!

But the 2nd time round (same bridge) I played a higher Eb instead and it sounded OK. So I can practice that tune without grabbing my half step low tuned bass now...which I admit has sometimes put me off swapping! Yes I can be that lazy :)

Then, in about 10 minutes I learned another easy tune by ear - "Hey Jealousy" by The Gin Blossoms.

So yeah wanted to say thanks to TB once again for the help!
