Hey that's one of my favorite songs and I see you've done it some justice,I can tell that it's a work in progress but you definitely got my ear.

are you working on a solo Cd ?

I am planning to record a solo cd hopefully by years end. I may have to give up the band thing for a minute though to make the time for it. Yeah, it's a work in progress. I just used an existing midi file I found but plan to do the entire thing over from scratch. I just wanted to see how I sounded. It's a total of 6 tracks of bass on this short demo.

Complete the Cd. I think you will end up with a great body of art.Thanks! I'll have a lot to live up to ;) ! I also plan to do some vocal stuff too as I'm a decent singer. Mostly bass/scat style (like Nathan East) and some background harmony stuff. It's gonna take some time as I will also be collaborating with a Gospel singer I know (who's also the lead singer in my current band).

Oh, and there will be some FUNK!

DW, you have a really nice tone for your melody work. It sounds pretty bassy, and not overly guitarlike.
