Just saw a 5 string goldflake ASAT bass on VH1, some concert for Diana thing. I've heard rumors, researched secret satillite photography, visited mystics in tibet, searched the Lost Sea Scrolls, but this is the first time I have PROOF one exists! :D

lug,

Did not see your thread before starting my own.
You're right, it was a rare sighting and what an impressive bass and player. I thought my eyes were fooling me at first!

My wife was wondering why I was freaking out. I told her finding this made solving the Da Vinci Code look like child's play! :D

Was the headstock 4+1, or 3+2 though?
