I've decided to go with an integrated head to consolidate my rig, so I am selling my tone-monster rig.

The DB659 is in excellent shape save a light scratch or two on the top. It has been racked most of the time and works perfectly. I bought this new about a year ago. This is the ideal light pre for a pre-power rig. It has great tone and has a nice simple set-up that you can set and forget, and that great Aggie tone. And of course it has the Jensen DI out as well.

I have never played through an swr rig, so I can't compare. What I can say about the Aggie pre is that it is very tuby warm and can be slightly over driven for a bit more gritty sound.

I will try to get some pics up, but to be honest, I have two people now saying they want it, and I expect one of them to get me the money very soon. So I'm not sure I can get the pics up before it is sold.

If you want to see the unit generally, you can go to the Aguilar site and they still have it there. If you want to see my particular unit, I think it will be gone before I can get the pics up.
