does anyone have any advice on incorporating flamenco techniques like rasgueado into my playing?
i have learnt some flamenco techniques but i am at a loss on how to use them while jamming or in songs?

When you are using a "rasgueo" I mean you are "rasguenado" you must watch your right hand to avoid wrong notes and harmonics. I suggest you: do not abuse of these flamenco techniques; combine them.
