I'm getting a Pedaltrain soon and I won't have enough room on the board for this, so it's gotta go.

A mint condition Lovetone Cheese Source, #0395 Dated 12/6/06. I bought this new from Dan at Dinosaural a few months ago when he only had 5 left. It comes with the original box, receipt and instructions. It hasn't been gigged at all and shows no signs of use. It can be run on a 9v battery or with an external 9v power supply. It also has in and out jacks for each side so that you can run each effect individually. Anyone who owns a Lovetone pedal will tell you that these things are built like tanks - they'll last for many years.

As far as tone, this thing sounds awesome. The "source" side of the pedal is my favorite - a subtle, tube-like overdrive. The "cheese" side of the pedal is much crazier and more distorted, and I use it mostly in combination with an envelope filter and an octaver for a spot-on analog synth sound. This pedal sounds great on both bass and guitar.

It still has 7 or 8 months left on the 12 month warranty serviceable through Dinosaural.

I want to buy it just for its name, but that's a steep price to pay for my own silly whimsy.
