Bought this Hipshot bridge last week and come to find out it won't work on my '72 Ric.
This is the chrome plated solid brass model, not the aluminum.
The slight warbles are a reflection of the textured ceiling not bad chrome.
$125 shipped anywhere in USA, FedEx overnight.

why wont it work on your 72?

Mike Lull informed me this morning that the neck pitch on this particular Ric is the reason.
I should further clarify by saying it would work, but that the action would then be too high for my liking.
He did say he's installed them on newer Rics with no problem at all.
Bums me out cuz this is one sweet bridge.
