Recently picked this beauty up in a trade locally. Plugged it in for an hour and WOW, it is probably the most versatile bass I've played! It sounds and plays like a dream, but I have a Darkstar Jazz on the way to me and I can't afford to keep both of them, so this bad boy has to go.

The bass plays perfectly, but it does have minor cosmetic issues that were present when I recieved it. There are a lot of belt buckle scratches on the back of the body, some minor chips and scratches on the headstock, a very small chip on the back of the neck at the 9th fret, two small scratches on the front near the bridge, and a very small part of the "F" and first "e" in the Fender logo on the headstock are not sticking down flat. They would all be hardly noticeable or not seen at all when playing on stage. I've taken pictures of all these issues.

The bass does not come with a case, but it will be packed with extreme care.

BTW, your Fender is a '98, as told by the serial number pic from your link. Great bass. I used to have one that was identical to this one. It even had similar scratches/dings. I wonder if it's my old one (?). Hehe.

Great price! Free bump

What a great deal. This shouldn't still be here at $600. I have the 5 string version, as well as a USA Peavey Cirrus 5, and have been opting for the Fender lately. That says a lot. Too bad I don't play 4's, or it would be gone. Free bump.
