I got this from HiFi awhile back and have gone back and forth on selling it multiple times. Since I've had the bass, I added EMG-JV pickups and a BAII bridge. The original bridge and electronics will be included as well. I also added a neck pickup cover. While it does nothing for the sound of the bass, it looks cool and that's important too right? Right. Last, but not least, I polished the frets, conditioned the fretboard and took some 0000 steel wool to the back of the neck to take a bit of stickiness off. It really plays great now and I've gotten nothing but compliments on this bass. It's quiet as a mouse.

Next is a MIM Jazz Bass with an ash top and clear finish. I picked this one out at GC after playing dozens of basses and finding this one to be one of the best in the store. It has some play on it, but is still in great shape. The grain is very nice and it's a gig-worthy bass--has seen a handful of them and come through every time. The only "issue" is that it is missing one saddle screw, but the intonation and action are both great.
Note that with the new bridge, the "issue" does not exist anymore. ;)
I got this bass, slapped on a set of Fender flatwounds and took it to a gig. It performed VERY well and sounded great! It's currently wearing a set of DR Lo-riders, but the flats are in the case.
The bass weighs 9.5lbs according to the oh-so-accurate bathroom scale method.
I'm going to ask $600 shipped with a hardshell case or trades. Short scales have been catching my eye a ton recently, as have tube heads. I'd love a Fender mustang or bullet, or a Gibson SG reissue and head-wise, an Ampeg V4BH, Fender Bassman 100, or something along those lines, but I'm willing to look at whatever, just shoot it by me.
