I am planning on having the stock pickup on my Artcore replaced with two Q-Tuner (http://q-tuner.com/bl4.shtml) pickups. The problem is that I want to have it all drawn up before I take my bass to a luthier because I am not good at explaining things without pictures.

There are going to be two 3-way switches, one for pickup selection(Neck/Both/Bridge) and one for tone and Black Ice (http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics,_pickups/Components:_Black_Ice_overdrive.html) overdrive(Neck Overdrive/Clean/Bridge Overdrive). I plan on using rotary tone and volume pots like on the upper horn of a Fender Jaguar (http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0259505515)(I don't think that will matter but that is why the pots are sideways in the pic).

Would anyone be willing to copy this pic and edit it to include the wiring? The large black dots in the pic are solder points. I used them, instead of drawing short wires, for clarity.(It is very possible that they may be in the wrong place, or that there may need to be more of them.)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Are there any basses or gu*tars that would have a similar wiring diagram?:hmm:

From what I've read, it works long as your pickups have an output of over 10 ohms. The Q-Tuners are 12 ohms(neck pickup) or 15 ohms(bridge pickup).

When I searched I found a review(Harmony Central) of it installed in a bass. The review even had a sound clip, although because of how he wired it, it was either full overdrive or none. I plan on using the tone pot for overdrive control when it is switched on.

Thank you for the reply though. :)
