i just got rejuvenation by the meters, and C'est Chic by chic, and they are both awsome, but theres a song called africa on rejuvenation, i know the chili peppers did a song called Hollywood, which i knew was a cover, but never knew it was a cover of the meters song africa, it was just one of those moments, like, ah, so this is who the chili's covered lol, since i never heard africa until today. anyway, i highly recomend both these albums, smooth funkin all the way!

Yep. And IMO the original is much better than the RHCP version. The meters are sick. George Porter Jr. is one of my hero bass players. Their stuff is really fun to play too. Crowds dig it when you play it. Always gets them grooving.
