I'm about to glue a cocobolo fretboard onto maple .
I've read that cocobolo is hard to glue due to it's oil content , I'm wondering if anyone has any advice ? Would two part epoxy be better than the standard white wood glue ?

hehehe I got that problem the other day, glued on the coco board and clamped it for 12 hours, as soon as I took off the clamps it started to peel off the neck. Guys here on TB told me to wipe it down with Acetone and glue it back on. Wipe the coco till it aint red on the rag anymore. I glued it with the sh*****t of glues and its holdin on perfect. I use Gorilla glue to glue cocobolo, and it works great everytime. In fact, I'de never use any other glue for wood that oily. Gorilla glue is awesome.
