VIEW FULL LIVE VERSION : Avatar Neo 10" Speaker for sale (new)
musicman7722 10-23-2007, 06:57 AM This speaker is brand new and I've had it less than 2 months. I had bought it to replace a blown speaker in my cabinet but it turned out to be a vibration from a vibration so I don't need it.
I paid $89 each plus shipping. I would accept an offer of $70 with free shipping inside the 48 Us states. For my credibility I can give you my ebay ID to look up. PayPal or a personal check is fine. I'm in Hampton NH. Chris P.

musicman7722 12-19-2007, 06:07 AM bump
what does the neo speaker weigh?
musicman7722 12-20-2007, 03:53 PM Thanks For writing: I don't have a scale but is maybe 1/3 or even less than a Hartke 10". According to Avatar it is a Eminence Deltalite ten inch bass speaker-250 watts. I can hold this in the palm of my outstretched hand so maybe 5 pounds.
Chris
MarkMyWordsXx 12-20-2007, 09:45 PM my neo 12 is a lb or so, so its probably less then that
fyi if your trying to sell something you should probably put a description of it, this thread is like saying bass for sale
johnfitz44 12-21-2007, 01:57 AM 16 ohm 250 watt? Please confirm, thanks.

greenboy 12-21-2007, 06:39 AM If you guys want the weight look at the datasheet on Eminence's site. It certainly isn't one pound! hahahahahhaa ; }
MarkMyWordsXx 12-21-2007, 08:06 PM are you trying to sell this or not
musicman7722 12-22-2007, 07:18 AM Yes this is for sale (still). As with most TB threads people tend to take them off in different directions but it is brand new, lightwight and handles 250 watts.
Thank you for checking in...CP :hyper:
levis76 12-22-2007, 05:47 PM Free bump. I just ordered six of these in the 8 ohm variety to load in my now vacant Goliath Sr. cab. This driver is an Eminence Deltalite II 2510 250W 16ohm driver, "hot rodded" with a longer voice coil by Eminence to Dave's specs. According to the website, each one weighs 4.6lbs. When I asked Dave what the new freq. response on these drivers was, he replied,
HI they go lower in response and lose a couple of db efficiency...but its worth it..dave
Thanks,
Dave

Another bump. I have one of these in a 1.75ft3 box tuned to 50hz and it really does sound good. After comparing it to many other cabs since my initial build I have noticed that it is less mid-present than some others (EA wizzy, ev12", hartke 210 tp, and a PA cab) however the lows are full and clean. It doesnt sound scooped, just not mid pronounced.
Anyway, bump.
musicman7722 12-23-2007, 02:00 PM "Ah will no one rid me of this 10" speaker"
Not an exact quote but I hope you get my drift.

levis76 12-23-2007, 02:32 PM I would have had I seen you were selling it before I put in my order with Dave. Sorry man. Another bump though.
