This is a HOT little jazz shortie, with a great feel and sound. I bought it only a few months ago, and it is in like-new condition.

It is the LTD version, with upgraded bridge and tuners, and hand-filed frets. It is truly a great bass!

I'm selling it because it gets little playing time, as my main basses are fivers now, and it's a shame to let this great bass go unused. It is without a question the best short-scale I've owned, by far.

The sound on this will rival ANY Fender jazz! My price is $160 plus shipping. I realize this is close to the original price, but it is not currently offered by Rondo, and I have a feeling the supply/demand dynamic will support that price.

They actually need to bring back the 5er like this....

On second thought, they actually need to order some 6ers with maple board.

Lovely bass.
Think these are 34 inchers. Do you call that a short scale!!!????:rollno:
Anyway, please put me 4th on the list.

Actually, this bass is a short scale (30"). Rondo offered them for a (very) short while, but I assume they sold out quickly and they have not been available since. :(

Here is a similar model that they offered (also no longer in stock):
