I play five string most of the time these days, but a few months back I walked into Sound Control and picked this bass up, I've owned a fair few jazz basses in my time and this one blew them all away, it felt great to play, I wasn't after a 4 string bass, but in a moment of weakness it got bought!
Being a five string player, it has spent most of it's time in my possesion sat on a stand, it still has the factory strings on it and they still sound fresh!
So it is mint, as it came out of the factory with case and all the stuff they stick inside, including the certificate of authenticity
If you ain't tried one of these, go do, they have the best Fender neck you will ever wrap your hands round!
I'm not desperate to sell this, so no silly offers, there are a few shops adveretising these, I don't know of any who have these basses in stock, they are to order only and the wait is several months!
