I remember a while back someone posted a link to a page that featured blank sheet music and blank fingerboard diagrams that could be printed out. Does anyone have a link to such a page? I could also use blank fingerboard diagrams with blank sheet music underneath, so I could draw a scale, and write it out in seconds, thirds, fourths, triads, etc.

Edit: I found a number of places for blank sheet music and tab, and some for fingerboard diagrams (i.e. http://www.mma.gen.tr/english/etudes.htm), but I still haven't found ones that have staves and fingerboard diagrams on the same page.
