Im looking for a overdrive that can produce this type of sound. Anyone recommend anything?

Allegedly (http://www.analogman.com/blackcat.htm), a Blackcat Super Fuzz. Google is your friend, my friend.

I was told it was a brassmaster! Ive got a b;assmaster (brassmaster clone) on the way so next week when it turns up sabotage will be the first thing i play on it.

I seem to remember reading in an interview that they used an old 70's Univox Super Fuzz on the bass. But there are a ton of copies out there

Mix did a piece on their new tour this month and if you look at bass rig shot there is a orange and blue Univox Super Fuzz on the floor right in front of it.
