I got this from bassgod0dmw about 1 week ago. I have found that I don't need it. I just need a y cable. The front has some tape goo on it, and a little of the M in MORLEY is missing.

I have no digital camera ATM because my wife used it last... which means who knows where it is!

Works perfect.
