Selling my "big" bass rig. Powerful digital bass amp in a lightweight package.

Yamaha BBT500h digital progammable head. 5 presets and complete control. Run through 2 4ohm cabs it'll push 500 watts. Check it online, search for "Yamaha BBT500h". Just 12lbs, wonderful amp. $500 new.

I've got the shoulder case for the head, lots of room for the power cable, speaker cables, etc. I use it to carry charts and such as well. Paid $25.

Also selling the 2x10 4ohm cabinet. Under 30lbs. Paid $250.

Just want to clarify..............$500 for both? Prices separately?

dang. I have one of the 110s. Getting this would make one versatile setup! 110, 210 or 3...

The 110 is louder and lower than any 110 ought to be. I'll bet the 210 is pretty awesome.

no dough here, though.

How much for the head?

Not interested in splitting them just yet. Better if they sell together. :) But I can tell you that if the digital programmable style of head was working for me, the amp is certainly worth the $500 on it's own.

Blessings!

so, is the head working properly? and you do not like the yamaha approach to programing and live switching??

or

the head is not functioning in the programmability dept??

sorry, I just want clarification because I may be interested too...;)

Okay, so... first: Sold it locally. Good luck with it Sam!

Second, yes. I meant fully functional, didn't work for me. And you had it correct; i didn't like the controls. It was a bit too much like my day job (software developer) to be mucking around with multiple modes, digital-mapped-to-analog knobs and all that.

For anyone curious, I played a funk gig a week ago using just my phil jones bass briefcase and realized that's the tone i really love. Gorgeous and clear and accurate. I want -this- sound, just louder sometimes.

But I highly recommend the BBT for those that want that level of prep-ahead-of-time capability. Great amp.

Blessings!

If you change your mind let me know. I have two of the BBT-110's I'd like to pair this with. Oh and by, the way these heads are selling on eBay for between 185.00 and 250.00 FYI Sorry Just noticed it was sold!

Thanks,
