When you say it works with DSL and dial-up you mean it has an ethernet cable port(kinda looks like a phone line except fatter)?

man someone grab this already... God why do I always have to be broke when things like this come up..

Are these upgradeable? If I could throw at least a gig of ram in there, and maybe put a new OS, then that'd be good.
