I'm not really big on effects, however a friend let me borrow a big muff and I wanted to know if I could use it in conjunction with my sansamp para driver. I only plan on using the Muff for a couple of songs but was curious if I can keep the sansamp on the whole time. Thoughts?

Yeah, sure.
You can put as many pedals on at the same time as you want. Sometimes it will sound terrible, sometimes great, this combination you describe will probably work pretty well. It will change the sound of the Big Muff slightly though.
I find that overdrive into fuzz sounds pretty good, it makes it sound smoother I think.
