I think a 55-xx Deluxe in 3TS with a maple neck has got to be one of the most beautiful basses ever made. I miss my 55-02 enough to really want another Lakland, but I have to face the fact that I'm just not comfortable with 35", wide-spaced basses. Good luck. Someone will get a real beauty!
