1980's vintage Ampeg SVT-200T. I'm the second owner. Condition is pretty good, I'd say 7-7.5/10. The tolex has some scratches and (what looks like) cig burns, but no major tears or bare wood. One knob (chan gain) is not original - came like that to me (but it still goes to 11 !). I only used it a few times in rehearsal, but decided it wasn't for me. Would like to sell it to help cover the LMKII arriving from the North Pole any day now :hyper:

I've got this listed on craigslist (trying to avoid the bay) for $375. Saw one sell on the bay this week for $350 with a BIN.

For TB'ers, let's say $350 + shipping FedEx or UPS ground.

I've also got an Akai Uni-Bass UB1 for sale in the accessories forum. Check it out.

This one has had some inquiries, but so far, the timing is not working for me.

So, price reduced to $325 + shipping (estimated as $50).

the amp's still around. I've contacted one guy who might be interested, but nothing firm yet. Anyone got a tax refund burning a hole in their wallet?
;)

still asking $325 + ground shipping, but CONUS only, please.

I actually already got the LMII (and love it). The Ampeg has been listed since around Christmas but surprisingly no takers.

Now, I'm trying to pay off the credit card that got the LMII for me!

How many watts is this and is it tube?

OK, here's the technical info:
This is the vintage/older version of the SVT-350T currently sold by Ampeg for $600-700 new. Main differences: this one is older (duh), it's a little less power, has knobs for tone control (much prefered; EQ sliders tend to break), and has massive heat sink instead of the noisy fan on the newer versions. Great tone, very tube-like without the hassles of tubes. Oh, and it's an Ampeg made in the US in the late 1980's...so you know it's quality and has good tone.

Anyhow...here's the specs:

Biampable, 200 watts at 8 ohms and 320 at 4 ohms.
2 inputs: normal and active (-15DB)
Effects loop
EQ:
62 Hz. Pull for ultra low
125 Hz.
300 Hz. Pull for 400 Hz.
600 Hz. Pull for 850 Hz.
1700 Hz.
4000 Hz. Pull for ultra high
Gain/Stage volume (master)
Line out. + knob to set it.
