Hi, my last teacher went MIA on me and i need serious help so i'm looking for a new teacher. The last 3ish months searching for a teacher have gotten me nowhere so i'm turning to Talkbass. I'd really like someone who could help me with: chord progressions, walking, improvisation, reading, and general theory. I live about 30mins from Washington, DC and 45mins from Baltimore. Of course i'll go into specifics if anyone takes up the offer. If anyone is interested or can refer me to someone i'd appreciate it.

Thanks,
Kwesi

I've been out of the area for a while, but you could ask my old friend Steve Sachse. Try emailing him through his myspace page:

Steve is excellent. I don't know if he teaches anymore, but he could certainly recommend someone qualified. Good luck!
