I was given a Silvertone (Samick) LB 11 for free. It is a cheap starter bass with crappy hardware but the body and neck seem like something to build on. This will be my first attemt at trying to upgrade a bass and if I screw up I am out nothing so to speak. In other words this is a learning project. Does anyone know what type of tuners, bridges, pickups, pots etc that would fit this body or would be a general upgrade. It looks like pretty much like a P Bass copy. Thanks for your help.
