You may have noticed that for all basses on our site, we have individual photos of each instrument. We call this BYSIBYG or The Bass You See Is the Bass You Get!

So it's likely that you won't see the new Traben models on our site before they are in stock. Once they are there...when you order that bass online, it will be the one you receive, not one "like" it... ;)

In the mean time, we are happy to take a pre-order for you, just give us a call toll free at 866.751.3220.

We are patiently waiting on Traben at this point... I believe they are the process of relocating their facility. That is likely the reason for the delays...

Hey, I was wondering if they are going to stock the new Array Attack as well as all the Chaos models? And if you don't have any on display on the site, can they be special ordered?

EDIT: Btw, does anyone know if the use real top woods or is it photo-finish?

We do have the Chaos Attack and Obsession basses on order. If we don't have what you're looking for we can special order them with no problems. All top woods are indeed real, no photo finishes!

We are still waiting unfortunately, and have no hard delivery date as of yet. We'll keep you posted as more info comes in!

There is an Obsession Model on our price list and this is what James is referring to. I don’t however see this model on the Traben Website or Catalog. I will contact Traben and see if they can clarify exactly what the Obsession model will be.

Looks like the new Chaos Core basses are in the web store as of today... one day after I ordered my Traben Neo from them. Not sure if I'm regretting not waiting, but the CC's look awful nice with the Rockfields and the Aggie pre. Also, that burled maple is dead sexy...

The one we have in stock is measuring 1.8 inches for total neck width at the nut and 1.4 inches from mid-string to mid-string on the B and G.

Checked the site but didn't see any of the new models? have they been sold, why is Traben so back ordered on these?

We have sold a some, but we still have only received a very few of them. I'm not sure why they are taking so long, but they are. I can't really give you any explaination as to why... Sorry, I wish I had more news!

I picked one up from the perfect bass. I love it! I have had a couple other players give it a run through as well. Everyone who has loved it.

The 5 string that we have is a Havoc model. I was in disbelief myself but I opened it up and it has an Aguilar pre in it!

wow nice! its about time traben sent you guys some new stuff. I really hope you guys get a chaos attack 5 string or an array attack , those are awsome.

hhmm... One of my good friends works in the shipping/ordering(?) department of Guitar Center and he has similar experiences with Traben. Anyway, I was just wondering if you ordered any Chaos Core 4s. I'm really excited about getting one. I played one at a Guitar&Bass show a few months ago and it was very good, The action was perfect, the neck was just wide enough, and the electronics are very versatile.
