We just received these lovely JB-2s from G&L. Can you tell that I like their Honeyburst finish? I like it so much, I ordered one with a flamed top, and one quilted :) I asked them to go heavier with the burst color on the quilted one, too, and I think it's cool to see the difference.

These passive basses sound really great, I felt like Marcus Miller this morning as I was playing and setting them up. They have that Jazz Bass tone nailed.

Greg... thanks, but I really do prefer sleeping in my bed as opposed to the couch. I was actually asked to promise that there wouldn't be a truck delivering a bass for at LEAST a couple months :D Now, were we to drive to Blacksburg.... haha
