Here are some pics of the first "from scratch" bass build. The bass has a quilted maple top, ash back, multi laminate maple neck blank, ebony fingerboard and headstock.

The pickups are Bartolini J's with an active Bass/Treble circuit. The bridge is a Hipshot and the tuners are Gotoh.

Still need to fret and finish but so far I am really pleased with the results.
