I could really use some help on my practice.
I've been playing now since Christmas and I've been told I'm very good and people think that I've been playing for years, but I'm not sure exactly how or what practice to get better.
So if you could help me out that would be really nice!:help:

It would be difficult to assess where you are in your playing on a forum. You really should find a good teacher so that your lessons can be tailored to what you need.
But it never hurts to start listening to the blues and learning the tunes by ear. The blues is a good basis for lots of music.

Well I guess it depends on what you want to get better at. There's no "Perfect" practice routine. It all depends on your goals. Let's say you want to become better at playing funk bass. Work on songs in that style. Look at the bass part and see what the artist did. Listen to that style of music a lot. Same with any other style.
If you want to become better at a certain technique, then spend time working on that technique. Look for songs that the bass player used them, or write your own songs that have that technique and work on them.
No one knows what you want better than you yourself do. People can give suggestions, but in the end that's just what that paticular person would do.

Classical stuff -- go online and (if you don't read music, which you should) find tablature of Bach's cello suites and simple preludes from the WTC. After that, you should have the technique for almost anything else.
