I have briefly looked online for what you want, i couldn't find anything. I would consider using ebay but i doubt anyone would be selling one. There are a variety of website that will make any pickguard to your specs for a hefty price of roughly $150. Or you could buy the material yourself and cut your own. the material usually runs $30ish. Ive used a scoll saw, dremel tool, and sand paper to make my own, and it turned out well. But if you don't have those tools you might just have to custom order it. Sorry I cant point you to exactly the thing.
