I realize that you likely mean a teacher who is familiar with the Rabbath method books, or who may have participated in one of Rabbath's workshops. But to teach in his style would be impossible! :) He is one unique character, I can tell you, and NO other person alive can teach like him....
But I know what you mean: Try contacting George Vance in Silver Spring, MD (near Bethesda). He runs a Rabbath workshop every summer (in Aug. I think) and would know better than I whether anyone in NC is qualified by the Rabbath Institute to teach in the Rabbath methods.
