hello, I'm just wondering, where can i get backing tracks for bass (for soloing specially jazz).
If it's for guitar (rock) i found this : www.guitarbackingtracks.com but for bass (jazz) until now i couldn't find it. cheers

There are 2 sites you could try http://www.funkytigerbackingtracks.co.uk and also http://www.rockbackingtracks.co.uk the second one is more rock but funky tiger backing tracks covers a variety of music.

I use the Aebersold play a longs.
I think Bill Harrison [TB Member] also has a series out that you can get via digital download. The site is www.PlayJazzNow.com Bill has some videos on YouTube.com & I'm lucky enough that he is a Chicago area player/teacher. Eventually-I am going to study with him.

I have a couple of those. Very good tracks. Highly recommended.
