When you offer a 7-day no-hassle return policy, every now and then you get burned... one of my customers didn't bond with this MicroBass II, so he sent it back... with a nice scratch on it :mad:

I can't in good conscience sell this as new, even though it comes with full warranty, etc. So if anyone wants to pickup up a great preamp in less than perfect condition, let me know.
