Really love this bass but would also like to have another 5-sting in the fleet. Probably a long shot but is there any one out there who bought a Lakland 55-01 and fell in love with the overall design like I did but just can't get into that extra string? If so let me know and maybe we can work out a deal. Would be willing to through in some extra cash and a deluxe G&L gig-bag for the right instrument. Will also include two extra pickguards (a $75 value) in pearl white and white at no extra charge, WOW! Or will sell bass with two extra pickguards for $475.00 shipped. Had a couple of questions regarding weight. Comes in at just a hair under 10 lbs. on a postal scale not a bathroom scale. Thanks!
