This song has a really groovy bassline, and I've been trying to work this out by ear. But I failed... Have a listen, the bass line is damn groovy. Monkey Majik is a semi-Japanese band, with the 2 singers/guitarists from Canada and the drummer and bassist are Japanese. Most of the lyrics are in English. I've been lately listening to Japanese music and their bass parts seems to be more melodic and interesting.
